This role requires the ability to manage a team effectively while maintaining exceptional customer service standards. *Responsibilities* * Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. * Lead, train, and motivate staff to provide outstanding service and maintain high standards of food preparation. * Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and controlling food costs to maximize profitability. * Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones. * Oversee the POS system to ensure accurate transactions and efficient service. * Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality assurance. * Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, including dining areas and kitchens. *Experience* * Proven experience in restaurant management or similar roles within the hospitality industry. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. * Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation. * Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences. * Experience with POS systems is preferred; familiarity with bartending is a plus. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
