He/She leads and guides the team so that the store achieves the objectives and sales standards required. He/She must provide the necessary leadership by establishing priorities and distributing the tasks to be accomplished among the members of his/her team. He/She participates in the recruitment and training of the team by having a constructive and positive communication in order for the stylists to advance. Enforcing policies and procedures are part of those duties as well.
