We design, </p><p>manufacture and install complete turnkey water systems including ultrapure distribution loops for the </p><p>institutional marketplace. Our innovative designs incorporate equipment which are listed with Health </p><p>Canada as licensed Medical Devices. The Technician will install, service, troubleshoot, repair, and </p><p>maintain critical high purity water systems at our customer facilities (life sciences, laboratory, </p><p>healthcare, biotech, pharma, and advanced manufacturing). A successful candidate will have prior </p><p>experience with water purification systems and equipment. The goal of the position is to drive </p><p>service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases </p><p>profitability. Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Field Service </p><p>Our Services: </p><p>• Health Science and Industrial Pure Water Treatment Solutions </p><p>• Process Piping and Plumbing Repairs </p><p>• Plumbing Installations </p><p>• Pure Water Distribution Loop Cleaning </p><p>• Pipe and Water Line replacement </p><p>• Point of Use Sterile water System Service and Installation </p><p>• Pump Replacements </p><p>• Filter and Media Tank Replacements </p><p> </p><p>What you will do: </p><p>• Install and troubleshoot Industrial and Commercial Softener/ Multi Media Tanks </p><p>• Perform sanitization and chemical cleaning of Reverse Osmosis Units and Reservoirs. </p><p>• Service and troubleshoot Commercial/ Health Science and Industrial Reverse Osmosis Water </p><p>Treatment Systems </p><p>• Must have experience troubleshooting Pumps, Pressure switches / level switches </p><p>• Complete eligible work orders </p><p>• Identify proper materials and quantities for new and existing projects </p><p>• Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and </p><p>condition </p><p>• Must be able and willing to work flexible shifts, be available for on-call/standby and emergency call-</p><p>outs when assigned to on-call rotation schedule (1 week at a time). </p><p>• Perform other plumbing related tasks as required. </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Requirements: </p><p>• Adequate Electrical Troubleshooting Skills with regards to Switches, Motors, Fuses, and basic </p><p>Circuitry. </p><p>• Experience in Industrial and commercial environments </p><p>• Able to work as part of a team and on their own. </p><p>• Understanding of many aspects of Plumbing (installation, maintenance & troubleshooting). </p><p>• Understanding of Water Testing and proper documentation </p><p>• Thorough knowledge of standard practices and terminology in the field </p><p>• Valid Ontario Plumbing certificate or equivalent </p><p>• Minimum G Driver's license and clean driving record </p><p>• Ability to lift up to 20Kg and handle physical workload </p><p>• Knowledge and ability to work with plumbing tools and devices safely </p><p>• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently </p><p>• Ability to work at heights, using step ladder. </p><p>• Ability to work in small spaces </p><p>• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills </p><p>• Work in compliance with health and safety regulations (Health and Safety Standards and Building </p><p>Codes) </p><p>• The company follows a very strict COVID-19 protocol; COVID-19 survey/assessment upon starting </p><p>work daily, Employees required to wear a mask, as well as maintain social distancing whenever </p><p>possible.
