Canada's largest Eyelash Extension brand - Hush Lash Studio by Fabutan, is looking for professional Lash Stylists as we continue to grow at our brand new location on St Andrews St in Cambridge! The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating on-trend designs that enhance the beauty of our clients and an understanding of the role that eyelash extensions, lash lift and tint and brow lamination and tint play in creating the perfect look.
Applicants previously certified in lash extensions, lash and brow services are preferred. Applicants must have sales experience with a proficiency in retail sales techniques, is comfortable with communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, strong attention to detail, adhere to proper sanitization and disinfection policies and protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform eyelash extensions, lash lift and tint and brow lamination, shaping and tint services with precision and attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with clients and build a trusting relationship
- Utilize retail sales skills to educate and recommend products and/or services that would be beneficial to the client.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills to ensure client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall client experience.
