Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale. Develop and implement marketing strategies. Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Oversee payroll administration.
