Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Manage staff and assign duties. Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale. Develop and implement marketing strategies. Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses. Determine staffing requirements. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Supervision: 3-4 people. Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Attention to detail. Personal suitability: Organized. Team player.
