Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Hire and provide training for professional and non-professional staff. Resolve conflict situations. Coaching. Develop policies, procedures and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
