Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies. Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Provide customer service. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Supervision: 3-4 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Food Safety Certificate. Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic cash register. MS Excel. MS Word. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Standing for extended periods.
