Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Calculate billing charges. Monitor mobile radio or telephone. Provide directory assistance. Relay service to persons with disabilities. Perform data entry. Provide customer service. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks. Transportation/travel information: Travel expenses paid by employer. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Repetitive tasks. Attention to detail. Sitting.
