Education: College/CEGEP. Tasks: Plan and organize the operations of establishments that provide services to business. Provide expertise in response to clients needs. Sort the technical problems in order to help the employee with established procedures. Hire, train, direct and motivate staff. Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies. Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies. Plan, develop and organize the policies and procedures of establishments. Represent the company within various economic and social organizations. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years. Support for Indigenous people: Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers . Support for mature workers: Provides staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers .
