Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Prepare production and other reports
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Supervise workers and projects
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities
  • Oversee apprenticeship training
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
  • Prepare bids
