Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Work setting: Willing to relocate. Relocation costs covered by employer. Tasks: Carry out a limited range of mechanical tests and analyses of machines, components and materials. Design tools, moulds, jigs and fixtures. Prepare and interpret engineering design, drawings and specifications. Prepare contracts and tenders. Supervise maintenance programs or operation of mechanical plants. Supervise, monitor and inspect mechanical installations and construction projects. Test machines and equipment. Personal suitability: Organized. Team player. Experience: Experience an asset.
