Painters and decorators. Equipment and machinery experience: Roller painting. Conventional spray painting. Brush painting. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Physically demanding. Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination. Ability to distinguish between colours. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
