Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Commercial. Residential. Tasks: Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement or soldering, brazing and welding equipment. Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing. Measure, cut, thread and bend pipes to required shape and size. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Own tools/equipment: Tools. Steel-toed safety boots. Personal suitability: Accurate. Team player. Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?. Do you have previous experience in this field of employment?. Do you have the above-indicated required certifications?. Experience: Will train.
