Education: College/CEGEP. Tasks: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements. Collect and screen applicants. Recruit graduates of colleges, universities and other educational institutions. Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training. Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing and record-keeping duties. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
