We are looking to hire dynamic individuals in the role of Brewer and/or Brew Master who are looking to develop their knowledge and skills in a fast-paced, team environment. Based in Toronto Canada, right in the province of the Great Lakes, diversity and easy international travel access. We will look after the immigration and work permit process and contribute to every aspect of relocation, accommodation, and on-boarding. Minimum commitment by applicants will be 2 years. *Key Responsibilities *
* Operates all aspects of beer and beverage production, ranging from brewing equipment in our 50hl and 20 hi brewhouses, fermentation batching and blending
* Prepares and produces a variety of products for Brunswick Bierworks' partner brewers, i.e. different styles of beer, craft beers, ciders, ready-to-drink beverages, non-alcoholic functional sodas and beers etc.
* Monitors quality, progress, and timing of products through the stages of production
* Processes all raw materials for brewing, batching, and blending, as per recipes
* Performs cellaring duties - including beer transfers, dry hopping, and yeast handling
* Performs transferring and clarifying, using centrifuge and membrane filtration processes
* Collects samples and performs quality checks in accordance with our quality control program
* Assists with new product development and special projects as needed
* Supports the department's training vision and plan, providing coaching, mentoring, and occasionally training in areas where you have been identified as a specialist or trainer
* Maintains all production areas to the highest hygiene and food safety standards
* Meets established production plans and timelines as per production schedule
* Performs sensory analysis of products and provides input on product quality to the in-house lab
* Performs data entry and record-keeping to support personal, departmental, and company metrics reporting
* Engages in team building and continuous improvement opportunities

* You have completed your apprenticeship as Brewer and Maltster with IHK, worked a minimum of 2 years as Geselle in a brewery or within the beverage industry
