Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.). Assign sales workers to duties. Order merchandise. Establish work schedules. Sell merchandise. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters. Organize and maintain inventory. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers. Conduct performance reviews. Supervise office and volunteer staff. Supervision: 3-4 people. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Walking. Standing for extended periods. Personal suitability: Client focus. Efficient interpersonal skills. Excellent oral communication. Team player. Excellent written communication. Ability to multitask. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year. Support for newcomers and refugees: Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.) .
