Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Establish methods to meet work schedules. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation . Hire food service staff. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. Prepare budget and cost estimates. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Prepare and submit reports. Establish work schedules. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for persons with disabilities: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities. Support for newcomers and refugees: Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition. Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Support for Veterans: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for Veterans . Support for Indigenous people: Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers . Support for mature workers: Provides staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers .
