Bell's Field Services team is proud to be the face of the Bell brand, performing the best installation and repair services and maintaining Bell's network for our residential and business customers.Name and description of the hiring departmentThe Associate must create, validate and monitors all requests in various computer systems. It ensures data integrity, plans and manages requests in a timely manner. She sees to the supply of the material. She is the liaison between Bell Canada and the various stakeholders (Suppliers, partners, internal and external customers). She needs to keep some files up-to-date while providing additional information and support to the different groups involved throughout the work process.Job Duties / AccountabilitiesReview all documents to ensure that the information they contain are complete and accurateAnalyze, detail, validate and take action to process corrections if requiredCreate, track and close all related files in various systemsProvide all relevant informationCoordinate with various internal and external stakeholders, all components related to the delivery of equipment and ensure the installation of configurationsProvide status to the various stakeholders on the progress of the supply of the equipmentAnalyze and produce various reportsDeal with customer escalation complaints and requests related to orders and to the equipmentProvide support to internal and external clients and create different remindersEvaluate the validity of requests by ensuring that they respect criteria and prioritize accordinglyStudy differences and eliminate obstaclesAnalyze, clarify and resolve any discrepanciesIdentify and resolve any difficulties with different stakeholdersGood learning skillsEssential Qualifications / CompetenciesKnowledge of English and French requiredIn the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across CanadaAble to work under pressureAbility to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with different internal and external stakeholdersAbility to interact and collaborate with internal and external stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications / CompetenciesGood knowledge of the external networkPractical knowledge of the following systems: CMIS, CMS, ACUT, Job Status Viewer, ClickWorking ConditionsWork schedule; Monday to Friday, daytime schedule#EmployeeReferralProgramAdequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
