Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Business. Industrial. Tasks: Evaluate communication strategies and programs. Prepare written material such as reports, briefs, website content. Respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities. Conduct surveys and analyze data on the buying habits and preferences of wholesale and retail consumers. Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material. Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions. Prepare and/or deliver educational, publicity and information programs, materials and sessions. Develop portfolio of marketing materials. Evaluate customer service and store environments. Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions. Develop marketing strategies. Develop and implement business plans. Maintain and manage digital database. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Own tools/equipment: Cellular phone.
