Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Prepare and submit reports. Train workers in duties and policies. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters. Order merchandise. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Authorize payments by cheque. Authorize return of merchandise. Food preparation. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Co-ordinate, assign and review work. Organize and maintain inventory. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff. Requisition materials and supplies. Perform same duties as workers supervised. Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization.
