Plan and organize the operations of the facilities and the included real estate. Read blueprints to determine dimensions of structure or system and material requirements. Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service. Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services. Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs. Oversee the installation, maintenance and repair of real estate infrastructures including machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems. Plan and manage the facility's operations budget. Troubleshoot problems related to equipment. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office. Project management software. Spreadsheet. Word processing software. MS Windows.
