Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems. Maintain general ledgers and financial statements. Post journal entries. Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports. Prepare tax returns. Prepare trial balance of books. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. MS Windows. MS Word. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Personal suitability: Accurate. Organized. Reliability. Screening questions: Are you available for the advertised start date?. Do you have previous experience in this field of employment?. What is the highest level of study you have completed?. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year. Other benefits: Parking available.
