Job Overview: Are you a detail-oriented person starting your career as a legal assistant? League and Williams Lawyers, voted best law firm in Victoria 6 years running, has an opportunity for the right person to join our team as a Junior Legal Assistant. The Junior Legal Assistant is responsible for assisting our team with medical records and document requests, scanning documents, medical records and documents intake, reception relief, etc. We?re looking for a team member who has strong interpersonal and communication skills, who is extremely reliable with an attention to detail, has well-developed organization skills, is adept at using office technology and is able to prioritize their workload. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential. Relevant legal office administration training, and some legal office or customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
