*Pay*: salary $50,000 - $70,000 depending on experience
*Job type:* full time, flexible work schedule, no weekends

*Key Responsibilities Include:*
- Oversee and manage administrative activities and office operations
- Payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable
- Ensuring that all employee timesheets are accurate and kept up to date for payroll preparation
- Ensuring that the companies payables and receivables are kept up to date
- Handling the company?s human resources needs
- Developing and implementing office policies and procedures
- Managing recruitment for new hires and onboarding new employees
- Working with ownership to develop strategic plans for future growth
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication
- Other duties as required
*The successful candidate should possess the following skills:*
? Business or office administration degree, diploma, certificate or equivalent experience with a strong finance skillset.
? Minimum of 3 years of related experience
? Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
? Ability to multi-task
? Outstanding attention to detail
? Great work ethic
*Computer/Technology knowledge*
Quick books, Microsoft office with an emphasis on excel and word
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
