We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper who is fluent in numeracy and has a strong attention to detail to join our team. Job Specifications/Key Responsibilities: * Payroll administration. * Management of the internal expenses. * Vendor payments/invoices. * Daily financial entries and reconciliations. * Check and verify financial records such as invoices, receipts, etc. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. * Submit financial reports. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Business, or a related field. * Proven experience in bookkeeping or a similar role. * Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience. * Possess excellent bookkeeping skills including payroll, financial analysis, and reports. * Proficiency in using documentation tools and software such as Google Docs and Microsoft Office. * Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 per week Benefits: * On-site parking Flexible Language Requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift Work Location: In person- LocationEtobicoke, ON
