Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Work setting: Restaurant. Information technology. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Prepare and submit reports. Prepare food order summaries for chef. Supervise and check assembly of trays. Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys. Establish work schedules. Supervision: 5-10 people. Food service counter attendants and food preparers. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. MS Windows. MS Word. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Attention to detail. Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills.
