Purpose of Position:To manage the front lobby and reception area.Key Responsibilities: Perform all Reception duties, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.Answer Cisco Call Manager and accurately direct callers.Handle security badge access, control and monitor entry points.Assist with the maintenance and operation of security systems.Ability to attain a Transport Canada Restricted Area Identity Card, required to assist with employee Transportation Security Services applications.Oversee mail and courier services, coordinating incoming and outgoing correspondence.Maintain postage meters, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of mail.Update the Global Address Book, keeping contact information current.Assist other departments with projects and functions as needed.Maintain parking ledger and database.Provide administrative support to the Real Estate Department which may include, but is not limited to word processing, data entry and internet research tasks.Perform duties in accordance with established policies and procedures while giving primary consideration to personal safety, and the safety of co-workers and customers.Other related duties as assigned.Qualifications:Training or Diploma relevant to Office Reception/Administration and/or an acceptable level of experience.Working Knowledge of MS Office applications including - Outlook, Word and Excel.Proficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.We strive to hire candidates with diverse abilities.
