Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. Small engine mechanics and repair technology/technician. Motorcycle maintenance and repair technology/technician. Tasks: Diagnose and isolate faults on engines and motors. Discuss work with supervisor. Document inspections and tests made on engines and motors. Adjust, repair or replace parts using hand tools and equipment. Test and adjust repaired equipment for proper performance. Perform scheduled maintenance service on equipment. Equipment and machinery experience: Gasoline-powered equipment. Screening questions: Are you available for shift or on-call work?. Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?.
