Education: College/CEGEP. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Air conditioned. Noisy. Work setting: Private studio. Artists co-operative. Business and/or industry. Tasks: Gather necessary working materials to demonstrate crafting techniques. Prepare and deliver craftmaking lessons . Design and create glass objects. Design metal jewellery, utensils, implements, wall hangings and other objects. Design ornamental and ceramic functional earthenware pieces. Design bouquets and select natural and artificial flowers and decorative accessories to create arrangements or other floral items. Organise day-to-day business operations. Sell products on a retail basis. Supervise apprentices or other artisans. Manage staff and assign duties. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Personal suitability: Accurate. Excellent oral communication. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.- LocationNorth York, ON
