Taking care of the full cycle recruitment process and being responsible for a positive candidate experience. The HR Generalist will be conducting onboarding and coordinating training. You will be the point of contact for all employees for any concerns or questions to be delegated to the HR Director for more complex issues. Our same-day delivery services and 100% worry-free product guarantee have made Dumak a leading distributor ofpackaging products in North America and soon more.To learn more about our company, visit us at https://dumak.ca/ and on LinkedIn athttps://www.linkedin.com/company/dumakBenefits & Other Details:Benefits package provided (health, dental, life insurance, etc.).Personal and vacation days granted.On-site parking and paid training.Responsibilities:Post and manage job ads, screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews and present candidates for 2nd interviewsSet up 2nd interviews, send out offer letters and rejection lettersPrepare for onboarding and coordinate with IT to ensure a seamless first dayConduct onboarding presentation on employee's first day; explaining our company, policies, SOPs and collecting all documents requiredEnsure employee profiles are entered and are up to dateConduct employee reviews and advise management of feedbackWork on HR projects on hand - eg. onboarding booklets, workflows, RRSP setups, SOP creations etc. These projects continuously change.Collaborate on employee initiatives and recognitionsPaid time-off management for payroll (eg. tracking employee's vacation, personal, sick and unpaid days)Being the point of contact for employee questions and concerns.HR Metrics to be compiled and maintainedRegular meetings with the HR Director to discuss tasks on hand, urgent projects, strategizing the upcoming daysOther HR tasks as required.Qualifications:Degree, Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources1 to 3 years of human resources experienceExcellent communicator - both written and verbalDetail-oriented, organized and has the ability multi-taskPersonable, open-minded and goal-orientedBilingual (French and English)Work Hours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM ESTType: Full-Time, In-personLocation: Montreal office - 5810 rue Cypihot, Saint-LaurentSalary: Starting at $45,000.00 per year + 6-month reviewLanguages: English (fluent), French (fluent), Spanish (asset)
