Responsibilities include the preparation of financial documentation required for the budget submission; the preparation of support documentation for main estimates and public accounts; and the timely preparation of financial and statistical reports. The incumbent will be expected to develop, recommend and implement practices and policies to control internal financial services. We are looking for diverse backgrounds that bring a combination of the following:Need to have:A university degree in business administration, commerce or a related field. A minimum of seven (7) years' experience in one or more of the following areas: financial management experience in a medium to large organization, government and/or experience within a public accounting firm of which two (2) years must be in management. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered. Written and spoken competence in English is required. Please state your language capability. Applicants must clearly demonstrate the essential qualifications to be given further consideration. Please ensure that preferred language for assessmentis identified on your resume. Preference may be given to candidates holding a CPA designation in Canada.
