Education: Bachelor's degree. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Implement new administrative procedures . Review and evaluate new administrative procedures . Delegate work to office support staff. Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met. Carry out administrative activities of establishment. Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures. Recruit and hire staff. Conduct performance reviews. Co-ordinate, assign and review work. Organize and maintain inventory. Requisition materials and supplies. Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery. Perform same duties as workers supervised. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Tight deadlines. Attention to detail. Overtime required.
