QRC Logistics is currently looking to add to our dynamic team of company drivers! We are looking for experienced *DZ Driver's *who are keen to provide outstanding customer service. This is a part-time position, Monday thru Friday with some weekend deliveries during peak season. *Job Title:* DZ Truck Driver *Reports to:* Terminal Manager *Job Type: Part-Time, willing to work with your schedule* _*Job Duties:*_ * Retail delivery experience will serve as an asset * Deliver packages in an efficient and timely manner within delivery windows * Daily interaction with store customers is required (white glove service) * Ability to physically load and unload cargo, scan cartons and keep track of inventory * Conducting daily pre-and post-trip vehicle inspections * Maintaining vehicle hygiene on a daily basis * Knowledge of load securement is an asset * Able to effectively maneuver in congested traffic areas * Proficient using a smartphone device * Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times _*Job Specifications (Knowledge, skills and abilities):*_ * Valid Ontario DZ driver?s license with a clean drivers abstract and CVOR; * Minimum 3 years experience driving with DZ license OR an AZ graduate from an accredited driving school; * Ability to lift up to 50lbs; * Able to successfully pass a background check; * Punctual, reliable, team player; * Ability to follow instructions & knows routes within Ontario; * Able to read, write and speak English; * Have excellent time managements and organizational skills; * Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, demanding environment; * Attention to detail; * Ability and availability to work irregular or extended hours if needed _*Experience:*_ Minimum 3 years? driving experience _*Location:*_ Smiths Falls, Ontario _QRC Logistics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
