MUST HAVE TRADE INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IN HVAC / PLUMBING / HEATING / ELECTRICAL *Principle Tasks:* Process orders, quotations, and questions through telephone, email and counter service Source parts and equipment through our manufacturer platform and resources Provide high level of customer service building business relationships *Successful candidates should possess the following attributes:* Previous experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Heating industry; Minimum 3 years Sales abilities Strong work ethic and professional demeanor Working knowledge in Microsoft office, word, excel and outlook Awareness; time management and organizational skills Shipping, inventory control and order selection Excellent customer service skills; ability to listen to and work with our customers Research skills; accessing all available resources to identify customer?s needs Must be detail oriented and have outstanding communication skills Work well in a team environment Eagerness to learn Reliable and conscientious Compensation based on experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.00-$35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Dental care * On-site parking * Paid time off * Store discount * Wellness program Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * No weekends Experience: * INDUSTRY: 2 years (required) * Customer service: 2 years (required) Work Location: In person- LocationWinnipeg, MB
