You will effectively communicate repair recommendations and build trust with clients. If you are a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual with a strong understanding of automotive service, this role provides an opportunity to excel and contribute to customer satisfaction and service department success.Hourly Wage Range: $17.05-$19.25 Per HourResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Precise video documentation of repairs on client vehiclesProper explanation of the technicians' vehicle prognosis on videoEfficient and prompt upload of video to the clientCleanliness of service departmentService department support when and where requiredOrganization of internal estimates of pre-owned vehiclesOrganization of new and used vehicle deliveriesCreation of internal work orders for new vehicle stockCollaboration with customer facing service advisorsRequirements:Be comfortable explaining service processes on camera (voice only)Be prompt, punctual and detailed orientated Ability to work with minimal supervision.
