Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Business sector. Insurance company. Tasks: Answer written and oral inquiries. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Answer inquiries and provide information to customers. Arrange for billing for services. Arrange for refunds and credits. Maintain records and statistics. Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, enquiries and complaints in the delivery of meaningful information and services.. Perform general office duties. Receive payments. Answer clients' inquiries and provide information. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support. Screening questions: Are you available for the advertised start date?. Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?. Do you currently reside in proximity to the advertised location?. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
