- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities and work schedule of employees - Co-ordinate and handle front and kitchen operations in back- Promote excellent services by ensuring customer satisfaction- Must be able to manage staff and other daily activities- Maintain food quality for food served- Project future needs for kitchen and restaurant supplies, cleaning products etc and prepare Budgets- Address customer's complaints or concerns- Hire new staff and train existing staff
