*Nurse Practitioner: Complex Care Clinic* *0.6 or 1.0 FTE Permanent Position* Our staff at the Red Deer Primary Care Network are excited about being part of an innovative organization that puts patients first. A day in the life of a Nurse Practitioner at the Red Deer Primary Care Network includes: · Providing complete medical assessments, diagnosing and management of common and complex health conditions, prescribing pharmaceuticals, order and interpret diagnostic tests, promoting health and preventing illness/injury · Making internal and external referrals as appropriate · Working closely with a multidisciplinary team · Maintain strong knowledge of community resources in order to provide the patient with information and resources Must be a Registered Nurse Practitioner and hold membership in good standing with CRNA. Applicants should have 5-10 years Nursing experience and recent clinical experience. *COVID-19 Immunization Requirements* Mandatory COVID-19 immunization policy in effect Job Type: Part-time/Full-time Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday Experience: * Nursing: 5 years (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationRed Deer, AB
