We support this vision in the work we do, and the drive to be the first and best is clear, both inside and outside the organization.Summary of Duties: <p>Reporting to the Principal/ Designate but receiving day to day guidance and direction from the Administrative Assistant, the Office Support Clerk is responsible for the provision of word processing; high volume photocopying; may provide reception and switchboard; collecting, inputting and verifying accuracy of student attendance; distributing mail; filing student information; and working as a member of a team to ensure the timely resolution of general office requirements, using both computerized and manual systems. Required Qualifications and Experience: Grade 12 Graduation<p> Minimum keyboarding speed of 40 wpm<p> Some knowledge of office procedures and standard office equipment including personal computers and office software<p> Good interpersonal and oral communication skills<p> Ability to use judgement and tact in providing information.<p> Ability to deal effectively with constant interruptions.
