We embrace diversity and inclusion. *Duties and Responsibilities*: * Sets up mushrooms houses and equipment for Harvesters * Provides supplies and removes mushrooms from trolley, floor Harvesters or chutes as required * Carries mushrooms and stacks on skids * Removes mushroom stems and mushroom waste from the room and harvesters * Cleans floors, rooms and hallways during and at the end of the harvest day * Delivers skids of empty boxes / lugs / trays to the harvest rooms in a timely manner * Performs any other duties as assigned *Qualifications:* * Must be eligible to work in Canada * Must be at least 16 years of age * Previous farm experience an asset *Hours of Work:* * 5 - 6 days/week * Average of 30 - 60 hours a week * Public holidays *Earnings & Benefits:* * Extended Health & Dental for Associates and their eligible family members * Life Insurance * Paid Vacation Time * Safety Shoe Reimbursement * Discretionary bonus: years of service wage increase, and annual wage grid review *Location of work:* * 1/2 Miles S of Crossfield Overpass, JTN 72- East side of Highway off Service Road, Crossfield, AB T4A 0H4 *How to Apply:* * Indeed * By Mail * In Person: 1/2 Miles S of Crossfield Overpass, JTN 72- East side of Highway off Service Road, Crossfield, AB T4A 0H4 * Email: hiringnow@highlinemushrooms.com * Website: www.highlinemushrooms.com Highline encourages applications from all qualified candidates.
