The scope of the FAcT Program includes all training and in-service support requirements needed to prepare Pilots, Air Combat Systems Officers (ACSO), and Airborne Electronic Sensor Operators (AES Op) to meet the future aerospace requirements of the RCAF. PAL Aerospace is searching for experienced Project Managers to join our Programs team preferably based in our Winnipeg, MB office . Duties and Responsibilities: Project Planning and Coordination Develop detailed project plans, outlining project objectives, tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and suppliers, to ensure project goals are met. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks. Budget and Resource Management Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle. Allocate and optimize resources effectively, ensuring teams have the necessary tools, materials, and support to execute project tasks. Technical Oversight Provide technical guidance and expertise to team members, ensuring alignment with aerospace engineering standards and best practices. Review technical documentation and specifications to guarantee compliance with project requirements. Regulatory Compliance Ensure projects adhere to industry regulations, safety standards, and quality guidelines. Coordinate with Engineering to obtain necessary certifications and approvals for aerospace projects. Stakeholder Communication Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and milestones. Foster positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to promote collaboration and effective communication. Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, and change orders. Prepare detailed project reports for management review, summarizing project status, challenges, and achievements. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business or a related subject. A minimum of five-seven (5-7) years of direct work experience in project management is preferred.
