Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.. Plan and control budget and expenditures. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences. Schedule and confirm appointments. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Answer electronic enquiries. Respond to employee questions and complaints. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas. Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems. Provide customer service. Supervision: 3-4 people. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.- LocationCranbrook, BC
