Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Install or replace asphalt shingles, wood shingles and shakes and masonry or baked clay roofing tiles on sloped roofs of buildings. Estimate costs and materials. Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for newcomers and refugees: Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.) . Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition. Support for mature workers: Applies hiring policies that discourage age discrimination .
