Main Duties: -Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll-Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and -Computerized bookkeeping systems-Maintain general ledgers and financial statements-Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports-Prepare tax returns-Reconcile accounts Experience:- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role- Proficient in using QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes- Familiarity with bank reconciliations and account analysis- Experience with budgeting and payroll processing- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
