Education: College/CEGEP. Tasks: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements. Provide information or services, such as employee assistance and counselling. Prepare and post notices and advertisements. Collect and screen applicants. Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment. Review candidate inventories. Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews. Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers. Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures. Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training. Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing and record-keeping duties. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for newcomers and refugees: Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees . Support for youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth. Support for Indigenous people: Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers .
