Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Fast food outlet or concession. Relocation costs not covered by employer. Willing to relocate. Restaurant. Tasks: Establish methods to meet work schedules. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation . Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Prepare and submit reports. Supervision: 5-10 people. Cook (general). Food and beverage servers. Food service counter attendants and food preparers. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Safe Food Handling certificate. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Own transportation. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Tight deadlines. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Standing for extended periods. Walking. Personal suitability: Client focus. Efficient interpersonal skills. Excellent oral communication. Flexibility. Team player. Experience: Experience an asset.
