Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Outdoors. Work setting: Hotel, motel, resort. Tasks: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors. Dust furniture. Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture. Make beds and change sheets. Distribute clean towels and toiletries. Stock linen closet. Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene. Launder clothing and household linens. Mend clothing and linens. Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties. Shop for food and household supplies. Wash windows, walls and ceilings. Clean changing rooms and showers. Address customers' complaints or concerns.
