Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Associations and non profit organizations. Number of participants: 200-400 participants. 2-4 days. Tasks: Promote conference and meeting services or special events. Solicit event donors. Set up and monitor, or arrange for the setting up and monitoring of multi-media equipment. Plan and arrange for trade shows and exhibits. Plan for required documentation and for pre- and post-distribution of documentation (itineraries, evaluations etc.). Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Student status: Full time enrollment. Part time enrollment. Computer and technology knowledge: Google Docs. MS Office. Specialization or experience: Specialized environmental skills and knowledge. Security and safety: Driving record check (abstract). Driver's validity licence check. Bondable. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Own vehicle. Own transportation. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Work under pressure. Tight deadlines. Fast-paced environment. Own tools/equipment: Cellular phone.
