Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements. Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control. Read blueprint, schemas and drawings. Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions. Develop and implement quality control programs. Develop risk management plans. Prepare reports. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Supervision: More than 20 people. Contractors. Staff in various areas of responsibility. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : First Aid Certificate. Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) Certificate. Project Management Professional (PMP). Computer and technology knowledge: Microsoft Visio. AutoCAD. MS Access. MS Office. MS Project. Simply Accounting. Construction specialization: Industrial, commercial and institutional. Area of specialization: Project management. Security and safety: Bondable. Basic security clearance. Reference required. Transportation/travel information: Willing to travel.
